In these classes, Sam gives you all the tools to make your pregnancy journey the best it can be. Designed to both nurture and challenge you, this class actively prepares you for the marathon event of childbirth, while helping you discover the power and inner strength needed during this transformative period in your life. Sam’s prenatal in-person and virtual classes are currently being held at Sol Seek in downtown Manhattan Beach.

6-Week Postnatal Yoga Series - Movement, Mindfulness, Community

Feel supported + nourished as you move through a 6-week progressive postnatal series. For the mother at any point in her postpartum journey. It’s never too late to heal. Learn how to enter back into movement safely. A class designed around building a strong foundation with your core and pelvic floor, learn modifications to accommodate common postpartum symptoms (it’s never too late!), and gain invaluable knowledge so that you can continue throughout your wellness and fitness journey with confidence for the long term. Non-crawlers are welcome to join momma.

Prenatal Yoga + Intro into Childbirth Education Series

Feel supported + nourished as we move through a 6-week progressive prenatal series, where each week we will discuss different topics including: the labor process, comfort measures and different birthing positions, medical terms, how to communicate with your medical provider, and preparing for the early days of motherhood.

All of these discussions will be woven into a weekly prenatal yoga flow nurturing mind, body and spirit with movement, meditation and breath work.

Privates + Small Group Semi Privates

Private one-on-one yoga or private group instruction from the comfort of your very own home or my relaxing home studio. Following the purchase of a single class or pack, Sam will reach out to schedule accordingly.
